Recently named by Esquire Magazine one of the best new restaurants in the country, Kevin Sbraga has not stopped creating since his win on Top Chef Season 7. Along with his wife, Jesmary Sbraga, who also happens to be the Pastry Chef, Sbraga offers American cuisine with an inimitable flare.
Sbraga offers a four course prefixed menus beginning at $49.00, wine pairing is an additional cost; a few of the highlights are Fois Gras Soup paired with a California Gewurztraminer, Pumpkin Tortellini, Escargot, Tom Ka Gai paired with a Blend, Vinho Branco wine and Meatloaf, Carrots, Hazelnut Crust with Mushrooms, paired with Zweigelt Martinshof finished with Rum Raisin Rice Pudding, and Banana Fritters paired with Grenache, M. Chapoutier.

Monday through Thursday from 5 pm- 10 pm
Friday and Saturday 5 pm- 11 pm.
